About Chakra balancing and healing-

Chakra, the spinning wheel, is an energy center in our body. Our body consists of seven main Chakras from head to toe, and some minor chakras. When balanced, our body and mind is in harmony with nature and the Universe & can harness the benefits for our well being. Unbalanced Chakras create energy blockages resulting in many unseen or noticeable issues.

The seven Chakras are Crown Chakra, located at the top of our head, also called the place of residence of God in some faiths. Third Eye Chakra is located between the eyebrows, also called as the entry door to the place of residence of God or the tenth opening in our body, nine other being- two ears, two nostrils, two eyes, mouth & two lower openings of our body excretory system. Throat Chakra is located at the base of throat. Heart Chakra is in the center of chest. Solar plexus Chakra, the fifth Chakra, is just above the stomach & below at the diaphragm. The next, Sacral Chakra is situated just below the naval & finally the root chakra, which is at the end or the base of the spine.

These all chakras in our body has control over certain body organs in the region these are located. Thus alignment of these chakras, also called balancing the chakras, helps us for staying healthy. The realm of Chakras is further extends into our emotional mental and spiritual states, thus the chakra healing also helps to settle many hidden issues.
